Challenge:

The hotel faced a recurring challenge of unpredictable demand for its food and beverage (FNB) outlets and inadequate staffing during peak periods, which negatively impacted customer satisfaction. The hotel also hired a substantial number of local part-time workers, which added complexity to workforce management due to their short-term availability and tight deadlines.

We conducted data analysis and developed a predictive model to forecast peak hours and overall demand, providing the hotel with the necessary insights to plan their HR accordingly. We also provided hosting and management support for the solution to ensure its continued effectiveness.
